Originally completed in 2011, we were commissioned in 2024 to refresh the technology and lighting in this Westminster apartment.

We installed tuneable white lighting throughout to simulate the outdoor colour temperature, all controlled through Lutron Homeworks QSX.

For the audio visual system we installed a Control4 system for music, lighting and climate control. This also operates the video systems throughout, which include 2 concealed projector systems providing digital art and home cinema, as well as a hidden TV in the bedroom.
